Studio Policies & Terms

Color Time Cafe

1. General Information

Color Time Cafe is a creative studio where guests can paint their own ceramic pieces while enjoying time with friends, family, or as part of a group visit.

No prior experience or artistic skills are required. All pieces are painted independently using materials provided by the studio.

We operate as an open studio and welcome both reservations and walk-ins, subject to availability.

2. Walk-Ins

Guests are welcome to visit without a reservation if space is available.

During peak hours, weekends, and holidays, availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.

3. Reservations

Reservations are made through our official website.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information. The studio is not responsible for errors in submitted details.

A reservation is considered confirmed once it has been approved and/or a required deposit has been received.

4. Pricing

Studio Fee — $8 per person

The studio fee includes:

  • paints
  • brushes
  • all necessary materials
  • glazing
  • kiln firing

Pottery Pieces

Ceramic pieces are priced separately and vary based on size, shape, and design.

The total cost consists of the studio fee plus the selected piece.

5. Studio Time

The average painting time is 2–2.5 hours.

Guests are guaranteed up to 2 hours at their table starting from the beginning of their session.

If there are no reservations following your visit, additional time may be available.

During peak hours or when there are subsequent reservations, table time may be limited.

6. Group Reservations (6+ Guests)

A deposit of $8 per person is required.

The deposit will be applied toward the studio fee.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance
  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

If a guest or group does not arrive and fails to notify the studio in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

In case of a no-show:

  • deposits are non-refundable
  • the studio reserves the right to require a deposit for future bookings

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved by the studio.

8. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to:

  • shorten your session time
  • adjust your seating
  • cancel your reservation if necessary

9. Seating

The studio reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements, combine tables, or relocate guests based on availability, group size, and operational needs.

10. Refund Policy

Once painting has begun, the service is considered provided.

After the start of the session:

  • no refunds will be issued
  • cancellations are not allowed
  • items cannot be exchanged

All sales are final once the service has started.

11. Production Time

The average turnaround time for finished pieces is 10–30 days, depending on studio workload and season.

12. Order Pickup & Identification

When placing an order, guests provide their name and contact information for identification purposes.

Guests are responsible for checking the status of their order through the studio’s website.

The studio may provide notifications when orders are ready; however, this is not guaranteed.

To pick up an order, guests must provide their order number or the name used at the time of purchase.

13. Storage

Finished pieces will be held for up to 30 days.

After this period, items may be discarded.

14. Shipping

Shipping is available for an additional fee.

The studio is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

15. Kiln Process

Due to the nature of the firing process, pieces may crack, change color, or vary in appearance.

These outcomes are considered normal, and the studio is not responsible for such changes.

16. Food & Drinks

Allowed:

  • light snacks
  • desserts

Not allowed:

  • hot meals
  • full catering setups

17. Children

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for children during their visit.

18. Photo & Video

By visiting the studio, guests consent to the use of photos and videos taken on the premises for marketing purposes.

19. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

All services are charged according to current studio pricing at the time of visit.

20. Liability

The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Guests are expected to treat studio equipment and materials with care.

21. Personal Data

By making a reservation or placing an order, guests provide contact information (name, phone number, email).

This information is used solely for:

  • order identification
  • reservation processing
  • communication when necessary

The studio does not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for actions of third parties beyond our control.

22. Right to Refuse Service

The studio reserves the right to refuse service in cases of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.

23. Final Provisions

During peak hours, wait times and time limits may apply.

By visiting the studio, you agree to these policies.

The studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
