Event Rules
A few simple guidelines to help your celebration go smoothly.
- 1 For groups of more than 8 guests, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- 2 Private event deposits are non-refundable.
- 3 Final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event.
- 4 Changes from private event to regular reservation may affect the deposit, as the studio availability was reserved exclusively for your group.
- 5 We reserve the right to reopen the studio for public reservations if minimum guest requirements are not met.
- 6 Outside food and decorations are welcome, but guests are responsible for cleanup after the event.
- 7 Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your reserved experience.
