By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our website, or by signing up in our studio, you agree to receive text messages from COLOR TIME LLC ("Color Time"). This page explains exactly what you are signing up for.

1. Program Description

Color Time sends two kinds of text messages:

• Service messages — booking confirmations, reminders about your upcoming visit, and updates about an order you have placed (for example, when your fired pottery is ready for pick-up).
• Marketing messages — news, events, seasonal offers and promotions from our studio. You receive these only if you separately opted in to marketing.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in by checking the marketing consent box on a form at colortimecafe.com, by joining our rewards program at the studio counter, or by texting us and asking to be added. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase, and declining does not affect your booking in any way.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For marketing messages we expect to send no more than a few messages per month. Service messages are sent only when they relate to your own booking or order.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Color Time does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. You may also opt out by emailing info@colortimecafe.com or by telling us in the studio; any reasonable request to stop will be honored.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We keep a record of your consent — the date, the page and the exact wording you agreed to — for as long as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
